About Me
My name is Michael Brown. I am a Graphic Designer + Creative Director, Illustrator, Motion Graphics Animator, Bike Rider, and I live in Los Angeles.
I've just landed a job with a great group at CBS Television City here in Los Angeles. I'll divulge more over the coming days and weeks. I started doing this blog primarily to aid in my job hunting (mission accomplished), and to shamelessly promote my side ventures. I would feature silly pictures with the bare minimum of accompanying text – just enough to explain the graphics. A funny thing happened on the way to the forum: I actually enjoy writing silly stories and pithy commentary almost as much as doing pictures.
I've just scratched the surface in terms of content: Tales from Hollywood, Bicycles, Ideas for Comedy Bits, Life, Death, and always Shameless Promotion. There's so much more I want to do. Follow along as I figure out where to take B.L.O.G. next.
I might experiment with different WordPress themes, but for now it's pink (it's a heavily modified version of the Kubrick default theme). Yes, I am secure in my manhood. Doesn't the pink prove it? Ladies?
